Shipping Policy

ALL U.S, Domestic orders only: 

FREE Standard Shipping on ALL U.S orders over $200+ USD.

  • Standard (5-7 working business days)

  • Express 2-day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays + holidays.)

  • All standard orders placed BEFORE 2PM EST. Monday - Friday will ship same business day. All orders placed AFTER 2PM EST. will ship next business day.  

  • Any express 2-day shipping orders placed before 2PM EST. Monday- Friday will ship same day. All express orders placed after 2PM will ship the following business day.

  • Any order placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and shipped next business day.  

    • (Be mindful when checking out to select EXPRESS delivery to avoid any and all delays.​)

International orders: (we are working our hardest to try and resolve this shipping issue.)

  • Standard (8-14 working business days, excluding Saturday and Sundays)

  • Please allow all international orders 24-48 hours to be processed and shipped out. 

    • Please keep in mind due to certain countries and their requirements for duties, customs and tax fees that is the responsibility of our customer. It is at the discretion of the customs agents to release your package(s) at a timely manner and fashion. Please keep that in in mind if there is any delay on the arrival of your merchandise it is withheld or not given to you in a timely manner.

International: 

Shipping price depends on the country. Shipping rate will be calculated at checkout.

Free shipping promos:  

  • During any and all FREE shipping promos, your order must comply or exceed with the current promotion after any coupons or discounts ARE applied.

Please note: 

  • During holiday time, please allow an addition 2 business days for orders to be processed, sorted and shipped as holiday time merchandise comes with a higher demand. Business days exclude Saturday and Sundays. Orders placed during peak times (Holidays, Flash Sales, End of the season sales) will cause a higher traffic drive than usual and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Any orders expedited to next day or 2 day shipping on U.S orders will ship same day if there is product availability and it is before 2PM EST.

  • Whilst our currier may have your product "In-Transit" please be aware that it does include the standard processing time of 24-48 hours.

Out of stock items:

If your order includes multiple items and one or more of the items are out of stock, we will go ahead and ship your entire order, and issue an entire refund for the item(s) that are out of stock on your original form of payment.

Reserved rights, regarding shipping:

While we will make every and all effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect our customers, Saoirse Swim reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify the shipping address that was provided. It is important, that all information that is entered during check out is filled out properly as we are not responsible for any items that are lost or stolen during it's way to our customers. We are not responsible for items that do not reach their destination once it says "Delivered" from our currier. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we will try our hardest to make sure all packages arrive to our customer without any delay or issues. If you have entered incorrect information during check out please email us immediately so we can correct it and ship the item(s) to its correct destination. ​Additionally, Saoirse reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to: An irregular or excessive returns history, irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, stained, altered, damaged, or missing items, OR potential fraudulent and or criminal activity.

  • Please be aware that items being returned do require the customer to cover the cost of shipping as we do not offer return shipping labels. We highly recommend keeping your tracking number or proof of your postage available during its return back to our facility as we do not issue an e-credit until the items have been received on our end. ​
