Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds to the original form of payment at this time, please keep that in mind when ordering. Once a return has occurred and the item and/or item(s) have been returned we will issue an e-credit with the amount of your previous purchase for future use on our website with no expiration.

Return & Exchange Policy
You have 14 days to return any and all products purchased from the day the items are received and show "Delivered" in our systems with their original tags, packaging, and conditions.
It is important that products do not appear:
Worn, stained, to have marks, make-up, body products, fluids or missing sanitary liners.
Products must be:
Unwashed and returned in the conditions they were received, original tags included. Any items that appear to be returned damaged, stained, worn, or fit any of those credentials stated above will be returned to the customer and NO money will be refunded on a e-credit per store and company policy. Under any other circumstance of product damage 25% of your payment will be withheld for a restock and damage fee and then a e-credit will be issued with the remaining balance of the original total for a one time future use on our website.
Please be aware:
We are not responsible for items lost or stolen during its return back to our facility, please keep your package(s) tracking number available for yourself during this time until it has reached its final destination. We do not provide shipping labels for returns, so you must cover the costs. We highly recommend using USPS for any and all returns for a provided flat rate fee and a guaranteed delivery back to us.
Our suggestions, U.S Customers only:
Any and all eligible items that have been returned in the same condition they were received with no issue will result in a e-credit for future purchases with no expiration. All returns must be properly filled out with our return forms. Please allow at least 24- 48 hours for a confirmation email back to you once the items have reached our facility and have been processed appropriately and at least 5-7 business days for returns to process fully and your e-credit to be activated for your immediate use on our website.

We currently do not offer exchanges for online purchases as we can not guarantee item availability, sizes or the style desired during that time.
Defective, Damaged or Incorrect items:
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@SaoirseSwim.com. We will address and resolve the issue as quickly as we can and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
